1.All training cancellations must occur no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time
2. Guests will be charged for a class where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made online or notice of the same is not delivered by telephone or by hand to the IK Pilates Studio at least 24 hours prior to the booked time
3. Prepaid Classes are not postponed to another period
4. Reservation of classes by prepayment only
